Good morning, my name is Pete. Thank you for taking the time to do this interview.. Please let me explain why I would like to interview you. As you may know, my thesis is about the connection of employees with the organization. But maybe would you like to introduce yourself first?
Yes please. My name is Dave and I am manager of the Operations department and therefore responsible for about 50 people, most of whom work in the field service.
Ok, I have formulated the questions myself, on the basis of theory that I have researched. The questions are really about asssesing and improving the emotional involvement of the employee. Do you have any questions in advance?
